Seven Journeys is an anthology of writing and art inspired by a variety of projects hosted by Lapidus Scotland, whose aim is to facilitate creative approaches to supporting the self-management of long-term conditions, both physical and mental. The poems, storytelling and artwork contained in these pages reflect the concerns of people facing and responding to the challenges of ill-health.
