The seventh well

Wander, Fred, 1917-20062008
Books, Manuscripts
He grew up on the street. In 1938 he left his family behind in Vienna & fled to France, where later he was put on a train to Auschwitz. Transported from camp to camp, Wander was haunted for 25 years by the stories of his fellow inmates. Only after the tragic death of his daughter did these voices pour forth. The result was this novel.
